Century Testing Service has been in business in Jacksonville, Florida since 1974. It is a Division of Century Ambulance Service, Inc. which was established in 1981.

Century Testing Service provides mobile or in-office services for the general public, many goverment agencies, third party administrators, local public and private agencies, attorneys, and employers.

Our goal is to provide excellent customer service and maintain professional standards while keeping services affordable. Companies benefit by saving time and money due to increased employee productivity, decreased lost time and providing a safer, healthier workplace. Individuals can access quality health testing for concerns they may have regarding personal or family issues.

We cover an approximate 80 mile radius of the Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia area surrounding Jacksonville, Florida.

Accepted forms of payment are cash, credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Cashier's check, or money order.
Invoices are generally given or transmitted to companies on a monthly basis.
Other payment arrangements may be possible on a pre-arranged basis.
