Substance Abuse Collection / Testing

We provide confidential substance abuse testing and collection of specimens by trained, certified collectors.

Drugs: hair, urine, saliva, blood
Alcohol: breath, saliva, blood

Specimens are expressed for testing by SAMSHA, DHHS, CLIA certified laboratories and when required, the reports are reviewed by Certified Medical Review Officers. Collection procedures meet both 49 CFR Federal Testing guidelines as well as Chapter 59-A Florida Drug-Free Workplace requirements.
Instant report testing by FDA approved devices is available with laboratory confirmation on non-negative screening results.
Reports can be sent via FAX, US Mail, email, and verbally to contact persons with pre-established code word.

General Medical Examination / Testing

Century Testing Service provides immunizations including, influenza, pneumonia, Hepatitis A&B, and adult school requirements.
Other services include:

• vaccine/natural immunity testing (titer)
• tuberculosis and visual acuity screening, EKG
• chemistry by blood, other specimens
• occupational exposure testing
• physicals (DOT, US Coast Guard, school/employer).

DNA TESTING

The most reliable and accepted method of parentage and identification today. It is based on the highly accurate, unique genetic composition of each cell nucleus in the body. It is scientific and conclusive.
Collection is performed by a simple, painless, cheek swabbing (or other substance collection as required) and expressed to the laboratory for extraction and testing.
The normal reporting time is 2 business days after lab receipt and reports are signed by a certifying scientist and notarized. It is legally admissible and laboratory guaranteed. The laboratory is certified by AABB and CLIA.
Non-admissible, home collection testing is available but not generally recommended.
